I am writing this blog to post some thoughts and to connect with others out there in the blogasphere that may have similar interests. I have been meditating for about 14 years, I'm vegetarian, and I'm trying to affect change in myself and the world. I practice a heart-based meditation that has helped ground me and raise my conciousness and awareness of humanity and the need for change. During my commute, I have listened to some wonderful blogs from like-minded and like-hearted people. These podcasts have turned me on the World Wide Web and the possibilities of a blog like this. So...here I am with the Grihastha Life blog. 2.0.
